Store Person

Wm W. M. Rose & Sons Ltd is a family run company who are looking for a Store Person to join their experienced team at the West Linton Depot.

Job Description

Listed duties that we would use as a guide for the job description.

The candidate would benefit from  self-motivation

Stores/ Shop

Liaise with customers /Workshop Foreman/sales re customers requirements

Stock control

Purchase orders

Invoicing /payments

General up-keep/control/organising of stores

Liaise with customers /Workshop Foreman re customers requirements

Identify parts

General workshop/parts administration in conjunction with workshop/stores and financial departments etc

Invoicing

Keeping our computer system up to date with all items to produce and send invoicing promptly. Resolving issues as required.

Development

Explore ways to improve/drive increased sustainable profitability and turnover through :-

· Marketing the after sales etc within our company

· etc

General

It is our intention to further, and drive improvements in the depot at West Linton and within the company.

Experience

Knowledge of parts processing would be helpful
